Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. for batter:~
  2. 1/2 cupmaida / plain flour / refined flour
  3. 2 tbspcorn flour
  4. 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tspsoya sauce
  8. water as required to prepare batter
  9. 2 cupsgobhi / cauliflower florets - boiled 1 minute
  10. oil for deep frying
  11. for gravy:~
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 2 clovesgarlic
  14. 1/2 cupspring onions finely chopped
  15. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  16. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  17. 1/2 tsppepper crushed
  18. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  19. 1 tbspvinegar
  20. to tastesalt
  21. for cornflour water:~
  22. 2 tspcornflour
  23. 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida and corn flour.
    further add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and soy sauce.
    add water as required and make a smooth batter.
    now add in boiled gobi florets and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
    drain off the gobi over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. keep aside.
    in a large kadai heat oil and saute garlic on high flame.
    further saute spring onion and capsicum.

    Additionally add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed pepper and salt.
    mix well and saute for a minute.
    add corn flour water and stir well till they turn translucent.
    additionally, add fried gobi.
    mix gently making sure the sauce has coated well uniformly.
    finally, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. serve with fried rice.☺👍
