Method for kofta balls

Grate paneer n Mawa add corn flour mix properly

Cut kaju 2-3 piece

Take a lemon size material fill 2-3 pices casew n raisins in kofta balla then coted the kofta balls cornflour properly then deep fry kofta balls is ready

Make casew & almond paste.

Cut the onion in big pieces n boil then grind.

Take 2-3 spoon oil add butter, black papper, clove & cinnamon.

Now add onion paste rost 2-3 m & add green chilly zinger rost 2 m.

Now add curd, sugar, salt, red chilly & cream cook 2 m & add water cook 5 m.

Now gravy is ready add kofta garnish with green coriander.

Serve hot with buttet naan.
