Ingredients

15 minutes
1 person
  • 1 cupkacchi keri ka pulp
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 glasswater for pulp
  • 1 tablespoon khus sarbat for colour
  • 1 glasswater for sharbat
  • 2 tablespoon gulab sarbat
  • 1 scoopbutter scotch ice-cream or any flavor

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan take sugar and water and on high flame make sugar syrup, now add kacchi keri pulp to it and bring it to boil. Switch off the flame. Let it cool down to room temperature.

    Take 2 tbl spoon of that syrup and add half glass water in a steel glass. Mix well and as this s instant kachhi keri sarbat doesn't have nice colour so I have added 1 tspoon khus sarbat to it. Now mix well and keep in freezer to set as ice.

    In another glass take Gulab sarbat add half glass water and mix well. Keep this glass also in freezer to set as ice.

  4. 4

    Now after 4/5 hrs ice is set. Remove the glasses from freezer. With the help of strong spoon break the ice in glass only.

    Now in serving transparent glass put kacchi keri ice gola 2 tbl spoon dein gulab ice gola 2 tbl spoon again repeat same way and finally on top place butter scotch ice-cream scoop ya any liking flavor.
