  • 4-5 piecesdrumstick
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tspGarlic & green chilli paste
  • 3/4 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 glasswater
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededGreen coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Subse phele drumstick ko chote tukdo me kate.ab use pressure cooker me 2 se 3 wistle lagaye

  2. 2

    Ab ek bowl me curd dale usme turmeric powder salt or red chilli powder or thoda pani dal ke ache se mix karein

  3. 3

    Ab ek kadai me tel garam karein ab usme garlic & green chilli ki paste dale ab usme besan dale or ache se bhune

  4. 4

    Besan ki achi si khosboo aane ke baad usme mixture kiya hua curd dale

  5. 5

    Ache se milaye ab usme ubal aane per boil ki hui drumstick dale or coriander leaves se garnish karein.😊
