Use a skillet on medium to medium high heat. Turn down burner to keep from burning if needed.

Brown hamburger, drain fat.

Add copped onion, garlic and celery.
Cook until fragrant. - 4
Add peeled and chopped potatoes. [ Smaller chop cooks faster, larger chop will cook slower. ]

Add water to cover. Stir occasionally as you bring to a boil. Keep temperature at low boil or simmer.

When potatoes are cooked to desired firmness, salt and pepper to taste.
