as neededChocolate Waffles
3-4 tspChocolate syrup
Mixed syrups of your taste
fewChocolates pieces
as neededFresh fruits or tinned fruits

Steps

In a large bowl,take chilled whipping cream.Add Vanilla essence.

With an electric beater,begin to whip the cream,it takes about 8-10 minutes.Also be careful while whipping and don’t whip too much.

Now add chilled condensed milk.

Fold gently but very well,also remember not to over fold as then the ice cream mixture can fall flat.

Next Add tutti frutti and nuts.

Fold again properly.

Remove ice cream in a container and then cover tightly.

Freeze till the ice cream is set.When it freezes halfway bring it out from freezer and churn in blender to make more fluffy and smooth.Keep again for freezing.

Now take a glass.Scoop a portion of ice cream in a glass.

Add chopped fresh fruits or tinned fruits.

Add 30 ml of mixed syrup.

Again scoop a portion of ice cream in a glass,add mixed fruits,add mixed syrup,chocolate pieces.

Garnish with chocolate pieces,chocolate syrup and waffles.Serve immediately.So yummy 😋
