Wash the chicken breast and cut it lengthwise. Marinate it with all the spices, a crushed garlic clove, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the chicken well and refrigerate for about an hour to marinate with the lemon and vinegar.

Cook the shawarma over heat until it's done and the liquid has evaporated.

Stuff the shawarma into pita bread, cut it, and press it on a grill.

Crush a garlic clove and add it to the mayonnaise, labneh, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well to prepare the garlic sauce.

Serve the shawarma with garlic sauce, pickles, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
