Take one vessel with water and let it boil put small potatoes and boil it for 15 minutes

Peel the cover and poke with fork and fry till golden brown

Take kadai put little oil add chopped onion and saute until golden brown, add chopped tomatoes cashews let it cool and grind into paste

Take wok put oil jeera hing put puree mix well

Add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt

Mix well

Add fried potatoes and mix well cover it for 20-25 minutes

Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
