Ingredients

  • 250 gmsmall potatoes
  • 2medium sized onion
  • 6-7medium sized tomatoes
  • 50 mgsoaked cashews
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • 1 teaspoonhing
  • Oil for frying
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1.5 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoondhaniya powder
  • 3 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • As neededChopped green coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one vessel with water and let it boil put small potatoes and boil it for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Peel the cover and poke with fork and fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Take kadai put little oil add chopped onion and saute until golden brown, add chopped tomatoes cashews let it cool and grind into paste

  4. 4

    Take wok put oil jeera hing put puree mix well

  5. 5

    Add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt

  6. 6

    Mix well

  7. 7

    Add fried potatoes and mix well cover it for 20-25 minutes

  8. 8

    Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
