Maida cornflour,Salt 1 tablespoons chilli garlic ginger paste, water in a bowl to make the batter

Heat oil in a pan. Meanwhile dip the cauliflower in the batter.enough to coat them well

Put the coated cauliflower in the hot oil. Fry it in medium flame

Heat oil in a another pan add ginger garlic chilli paste add onion capsicum and saute it for a minute

For the slurry :-In another bowl add Cornflour, water,Black pepper,schezwan sause,Chilli sause,Tomato and soya sause and mix it well

Add this slurry into pan and cook for a minute

Add the cauliflower and tossed them.cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Manchurian ready to served
