Ingredients

35 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 1/4 cupheavy cream
  4. 1.5 tspcornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. (For meetha paan paste)
  7. 3-4Paan leaves chopped
  8. 1 tbspGulkand paste
  9. 1 tspfennel seeds
  10. 1-2 tbspheavy cream
  11. 1-2 tbspmilk

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the milk in a pan keep stirring.

  2. 2

    After 20-22 minutes the milk reduced quite a beat.

  3. 3

    At this point add sugar, cardamom and cream.

  4. 4

    Add cornstarch stir the milk till reduced.

  5. 5

    Let it cool down.

  6. 6

    (For meetha paan paste) blend together all the ingredient.

  7. 7

    Sieve the mixture so that you get a smooth paste.

  8. 8

    Once the milk has cooled mix together the thickened milk and the meetha paan paste.

  9. 9

    Pour the mixture in a mould or small bowl freeze 6-7 hours or until firm. Garnish with chopped pistachio Serve chilled.
