Steps

Wash the paan leaves and grind with lemon juice, sieve through a strainer and keep aside.

Chopped the dates.

In a bowl mix together the paan juice,chopped dates,cardamom powder,fennel seeds and gulkand keep aside.

Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup of cold milk keep aside.

Place the rest of milk in a pan to boil for 15 minutes

Add sugar, stir.

Add cornstarch stirring continuously. Add green food colour.

Remove from the flame allow it to cool.

Add paan flavoring mixture and cream to the milk.

Mix well and pour in a shallow dish freeze for half an hour.

Remove and beat with a hand blender.

Freeze again for 5-6 hour or until firm.

Scoop and garnish with coconut powder, saunf & gulkand serve chilled.
