Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gcorn (chopped off the cob)
  • 100 gbutter
  • 100 mlfresh cream

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the corn until cooked. About 4 minutes

  2. 2

    Strain the water and add butter and stir while on medium heat

  3. 3

    Blend with a hand blender or normal blender until lumpy

  4. 4

    Push corn mix through a sieve

  5. 5

    Add cream if desired and serve
