Ingredients

  • 2-3Bread slices trimmed
  • 3/4 tinCondensed milk
  • 500 mlEvaporated milk
  • 3-4 tbspNuts/dry fruits chopped coarsely
  • 1 cupWhipped cream

Steps

8 hours
  1. 1

    Blend all to create this wonderful Desi Ice cream.

  2. 2

    Stir in nuts of your choice and freeze for almost 7-8 hours.

  3. 3

    Instead of kulfi moulds, I used an airtight container.

  4. 4

    Slice them in sizes of your choice and serve chilled with chopped mixed nuts on top.
