Take a pan put some sugar and stire well cook till sugar melt and turn caramelized now add mix fruit and stire well and cook 2-3 minute and keep aside

Now take a glass put vanilla ice cream and now put carmlized fruit and again vanilla ice cream layer and top of vanilla ice cream pour some caramelized fruit again

Caramized fruit ice cream is ready
