2 cupsHeavy Cream Milk(or half and half)
1 cupCondensed milk
1 tbspvanilla essence

Steps

Whisk cream milk with hand blender/ mixer or with a whisk till stiff peaks forms.

Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix gently so that all mix together using fold and cut method.(not over mix)

Shift it to a air tight container and freeze it for 7-8hrs.

*Note: Make sure to use chilled cream milk and chilled condensed milk.

Note;**Can make any flavored ice cream by justing replacing vanilla extract with melted chocolate, cocoa powder or peanut butter or as per your choice
