Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice cooked
  • 1/2a nyamabite diced
  • 1 handfulmushroom diced
  • Coloured peppers diced
  • 1/2an onion diced
  • 1 tablespoonbutter /blueband
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot wok add butter once melted add onions and fry

  2. 2

    Till pink add rest of the veggies and nyamabite

  3. 3

    Saute for three to 5 mins till tender

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms then add rice on the side to the rice crack an egg and scramble within the rice to cook

  5. 5

    Toss for a couple of minutes and incorporate everything serve hot
