Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1 cupbutter milk
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 1medium carrot
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 2 spoongreen coriander
  7. 1medium onion
  8. 1/2 tea spoonrai
  9. 1/2 tea spoonbaking soda
  10. Some curry leaves
  11. Salt as ur taste
  12. For chutney
  13. 1 cuppeanut
  14. 1/2 cupdry coconut
  15. Curry leaves few
  16. 2Green chilli
  17. 1/2 tea spoonsugar
  18. 1small lemon juice
  19. Salt as ur taste
  20. For tempering
  21. 1 teaspoonoil
  22. 1/2 tea spoonrai
  23. leavesSome curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add rawa butter milk then mix properly then add baking soda and salt then mix keep a side for 20 m.

    Chopped onion carrot and capsicum and coriander.

    Take a pan add 1 teaspoon oil then add rai and curry leaves after tempering add chopped veggie add some salt saute for 2-3m.

    Then add all veggie in rawa mixture mix properly

    Take idly Stand grease with oil and pour idly batter

    Cook in steamer 15-20m high flame

    Serve with chutney sambhar.

    Chutney method

    Take a pan then heat and dry rost peanut

  10. 10

    Take all ingredients in mixing jar add water and grind

  11. 11

    Take a pan add 1 teaspoon oil add rai and curry leaves then add chutney.

    Serve with idly dosa wada.
