It takes 5 minutes for preparation, and five minutes to cook. And it should be refrigerated for 4-6 hours.

Make sure you have all the ingredients ready before you start with the recipe.

Homemade cream should be blended well. And 3spns of cornflour and 6spns of milk powder should be dissolved seperately with 3 and 4 spns of milk respectively.

Now take 500ml of milk with diluted milk powder and keep it for boiling. When it starts to boil,add 6spns of pistha milk powder,dry fruits mixture, sugar,half spoon of cardamom powder and add diluted cornflour to it and boil in a low flame for 5mins. Later turn off the gas and allow it to cool.

When it gets cooled,add blended cream and whisk it well

Now transfer it into the moulds. Either in a bowl, cups or trays and refrigerate it for 4 to 6 hours

Remove it from the mould by dipping the moulds in warm water. Your pista kulfi is ready to eat.
