Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplong grain rice
  2. 2 cupsteaming hot water
  3. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  4. 2 tbspminced garlic
  5. 2 cupchicken broth
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tbspbutter
  8. 1/2 bunchcilantro, minced
  9. 2medium-large tomatoes, chopped
  10. tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat water, pour over rice in a heat proof bowl, and let rest for 20 minutes.

    Heat oil and garlic in a pan.

    Add drained and rinsed rice. And suate a little before adding the pepper & salt.

    Pour in broth and bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat.

  5. 5

    After about 20 minutes, uncover add butter and stir.

  6. 6

    Mix in fresh cilantro and tomatoes
