In a large mixing bowl, mix in the cucumber, tomato, onion, green chilli,roasted peanuts, the dalmut (if using), and the diced coconut and mix well.

Add mustard oil,puffed rice and all the spices, jhaal muri masala chopped Coriander leaves,lemon juice and toss again to mix well. Serve immediately garnished with sliced coconut and sev and papdi.

Garnish with fresh Coriander.
