Soak white chanaovernight. Next day pressure cook it for 4 whistles. In the cooker add oil fry kasturi methi,then onions fry till light pink,then add tomatoes fry nicely till oil comes out. Then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dhanya powder,chanamasala powder,an mix well then add cooked chanaan water an salt an chopped coriander an pressure cook it for 4 whistle

In a cooker add oil, fry jeera, curry leaves, green chillies,let it crackle then add the garlic fry for sometime then add tomatoes an fry nicely till oil comes out then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, kasturi methi,then add rice,salt an water an pressure cook it for 1 whistle
