Pur onion,tomato,mint,coconut powder,peanuts,sugar,salt,vinegar in a jar and grind them all.Make a fine paste of all items

In a pan heat small amount of oil and put ginger garlic paste.Saute boiled cut potatoes in it.

After 5 mins,when potatoes are coated with ginger garlic paste.Add grinded mint chutney.

Cook for 7 mins

Yummy minty creamy potatoes are ready to serve with bread,roti or pita bread
