Ingredients

  1. Slicebread
  2. 170 gramsevaporated milk
  3. 1 tablespoonbrown sugar
  4. Halfteaspoon salt
  5. Butter for rubbing pan
  6. 2eggs
  7. Vanilla flavour or grated nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk to bowl

  2. 2

    Break the raw eggs and add to the milk..

  3. 3

    Add the sugar and salt

  4. 4

    Beat to combine

  5. 5

    Mesh each slice bread into the mixture

  6. 6

    Place fry pan in fire

  7. 7

    Rub the pan with little butter, put one mesh slice bread, depending on the size of your pan. You can add more than one.

  8. 8

    Fry on one side for one minute and flip. If not brown enough, flip until brown to your liken.

  9. 9

    Repeat process for all slices of bread

  10. 10

    Eat with tea or fruits of your choice....
