Your Favorite Candy Cookies
This is a cookie that is good for all your favorite candys. Obviously except skittles and candy like that...
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.
- 3
Beat the butter and both on medium-high speed in the bowl of a stand mixture fitted with a paddle attachment (or in a large bowl if using a hand held mixer) until light and fluffy, about 4 Minutes.
- 4
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition to incorporate it.
- 5
Beat in the vanilla.
- 6
Scrape down the side of bowl as needed. Reduce the speed to medium, add the flour mixture and beat until just incorporated. Stir in the candy of your choice.
- 7
Scoop 12 heaping tablespoons of dough about 2 inches apart onto each prepared baking sheet.
- 8
Roll the dough into balls with slightly wet hands.
- 9
Bake, rotating the cookie sheets from upper to lower racks halfway through, until golden but still soft in the center, 12 to 15 minutes (the longer the cook time, the crunchier the cookies).
- 10
Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, and then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Cute Candy Cookies Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko cookpad.japan -

For Christmas! Candy Cane Cookies For Christmas! Candy Cane Cookies
I got the candy cane shape idea from an American recipe website, so I made it with my favorite cookie batter called "melting moment" which is equivalent to snowball cookies in Japan I think. This cookie is so delicious! If you can't shape it well, roll it up into balls and simply bake! The dough is not easy to roll out, so do not make it too small, or it will break after baking. I recommend making the stick thick. If the cookies brown too much, the coloring won't turn out as cute, so be careful not to over bake! Please try this with your favorite cookie batter. For about 28 sticks. Recipe by aquariusmoon cookpad.japan -

Kiss Cookies Kiss Cookies
A chocolate kiss tops a peanut butter cookie. This is a pretty common cookie style and there's a couple of recipes here already, but they're all a bit...wrong. This recipe is how my family does these, and its great! Mark Dickinson
