This is a big hit around the holidays as an appetizer, serve with Ritz or Toll house crackers or your favorite.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.can Salmon
  2. 8 oz.package cream cheese softened
  3. 1 tsp.lemon juice
  4. 2 tspgrated onion
  5. 1 tsp.horseradish
  6. 1 tsp.liquid smoke
  7. 1/4 tsp.salt
  8. 1/2 cupchopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Drain and flake salmon, take out any bones.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients except pecans, combine well.

  3. 3

    Chill for several hours or overnight

  4. 4

    Shape into log and chill for 2-3 more hours

  5. 5

    Sprinkle pecans on wax paper, roll log in pecans

  6. 6

    Chill until ready to serve, serve with crackers of choice. I use Ritz, enjoy!

Hi chopper im not on kik anymore. Someone posted naked pictures on kik. Thought it was nothing but a lets see how shocked i can make them. Sad, i miss everyone.
