1/2 cantomato sauce (~12oz)
1/2onion, diced
2tomato, chopped
4zucchini
parsley
oregano
black pepper

Peel the zucchinis

Grate the zucchinis lengthwise to form noodles

Stir fry the zucchini noodles

Sauté the ground beef and drain the grease

Add tomatos and onions to the sauce pan

Sauté until vegetables are tender
