1 lbground beef
1/2 cantomato sauce (~12oz)
1/2onion, diced
2tomato, chopped
4zucchini
parsley
oregano
black pepper
salt

Peel the zucchinis

Grate the zucchinis lengthwise to form noodles
3

Stir fry the zucchini noodles
4

Sauté the ground beef and drain the grease
5

Add tomatos and onions to the sauce pan
6

Sauté until vegetables are tender
7

Add the tomato sauce, pepper, and oregano to the pan and let the sauce simmer on very low for 15 minutes
8

Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley
9
