  • 1packet maggi masala
  • 1 cupVeggies( Carrot, beans, onion, capsicum)
  • as neededwater
  • 1egg(scrambled)

    Heat white oil in a pan and add all the veggies chopped into small pieces

  2. 2

    Fry well try the veggies r soft

  3. 3

    Add water and the maggi with the masalas

  4. 4

    Stir constantly till all the water evaporates

  5. 5

    Add scrambled egg serve hot
