3 tsplemon juice
1 cupcurd
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspginger paste
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Oil (for brushing)
to tasteSalt
1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder

Steps

Wash the chicken and deep cut all over it

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Add the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Put the chicken into high rack on microwave safe flat dish on grill for 9-10 mins. Now brush with oil and grill for 15 - 20 mins. Reposition frequently.

Sprinkle with chat masala.

Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
