Wash the potatoes well, with the skin

Make a mixture of melted butter,olive oil,salt,pepper,garlic & dhania

Arrange the potatoes in a baking tray, using a pastry brush, spread the mixture on each potato.Reserve some to brush in the end

Now bake at 180°c for 45 mins or till potatoes are done.

Remove from the oven, give a final brush if the mixture& let them stay in the oven for 5 mins

Make sure you make thin cuts on the potatoes, but not all thru
