Wash the chicken and marinate with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, egg, salt, corn flour, lemon juice for 1-2 hours.

Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil and keep them aside.

For tempering heat a little amount of oil in a pan, when it is hot add a pinch of sugar into it.

Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

Add chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies and saute for 1 minute.

Add pepper powder, chilli powder, salt and chilli tomato sauce and mix them well.

Add the fried chicken pieces, mix well and turn off the flame.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and it is ready to be served.
