Remove Water snail from shell and wash thoroughly into a bowl

Add salt, maggi, and pepper and stir to mix very well

Place frying pan on fire and add 3tablespoon of oil,allow to get hot and add the water snail,stir fry and still season to get a better taste

Stir, taste and set aside
