Moi-moi Fiesta

I've been making my moi-moi with veggies, then wrapped and steamed until I saw someone share a picture of her baked moi-moi! 😱
I decided to try out baked moi-moi with veggies and this time some chopped beef and it came out beautiful and delicious to say the least👌👍😘

Steps

Wash off Bean back & blend the beans with the scotch bonnet pepper, crayfish, 2 onions, shombo, & 1 tatashe to make a very smooth paste

Wash the beef and add to a cooking pot, season with some ginger, garlic, chopped onion, salt and seasoning. Cook for 10-15minutes

Chop the remaining tatashe, onions, carrots and green pepper. Remove bell beans from the pod, also chopped the green beans them the cooked beef into strips and set aside for use.

Add the blended beans into a large bowl, add in the hot water (to your desired consistency), break in the eggs, add in ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, curry powder, and Beef stock.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly till properly incorporated, then taste for salt before adding salt and seasoning

Now preheat your oven at 220°

Get your baking tray and grease it with some margarine or vegetable oil on all sides and edges (or use a baking paper)

Pour in the Beans mix to reach all sides

Sprinkle in the chopped ingredients (in step 3 above) into the Beans with one after the other till finished

Put into your oven and bake at 200° for 30minutes or till done

Remove from the oven and allow to cool

Cut out into your desired shape and serve😍😘👍
