Steps

Wash the fish with warm water and place in a pot,add onion, seasonings, curry and a little water and allow to cook for 10mins

Boil your fresh tomatoes to drain out water

Place your pot on fire, add groundnut oil, add onion and tomatoes, allow to fry and stir continuously so it doesn't get burnt

Then add fish and stock and stir carefully so it doesn't scatter, then add seasonings to your taste and fresh pepper,allow to boil for some minutes and set aside

Note: if the tomato still slaps in your mouth, you continue stirring and fry till its done before adding fish
