Parsi style Chicken Farcha

Mix szechwan sauce, red & green chilli sauce, salt, vinegar,black pepper powder in a big bowl & marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for 3-4 hrs.

Heat oil in a wok. add the onion paste & saute till golden brown. add the marinated chicken & cook till chicken is tender & mixture is semi dry. cool down the chicken

In a separate bowl add salt & chilli powder to the beaten eggs. mix well. roll each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs. now dip the bread coated chicken in beaten eggs

Deep in hot oil fry till golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot with makhani gravy
