Separate white part part from egg york

Have the egg York in a different bowl

Put two table spoons of cooking oil in a pan and fry the white part of the egg.

Add one table spoon of cooking oil in a pan then fry the egg York.

In a plate place the fried white part of the egg then on top add the yellow part (egg york) on top. And you have a sun.
