Mix the fresh whisked curd for marinated chicken.for 2-3 hours.

Kaju,magaz seeds or seasame soked some warm water for 15 mints.after that make a fine paste.

Ginger garlic and green chilis are make a fine paste.

In a pan heat ghee add whole garam masala and chopped onion fry them on a low to medium flame.

When is light golden then add ginger garlic paste.stir well.

Add the marinated chicken mixing and stir well.

Add kaju paste along with sugar,salt,and cream.

Coverd to Cook till the chicken is tender or juicey.add 1 cup water let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

The gravy should become thick the gravy will reduce more.

Sprinkle some kasuri methi

Garnish with fresh cream, onion and green chillis.Serve Murgh sahi korma with biriyani,roties,laccha parathas,
