Chicken sausage fry with mushrooms and veggies

Cut the sausages to small round/ cylindrical pieces

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut them length wise in to 4 pieces each with the stem.

In a microwave safe plate place all vegetables, including onion and sausage but not garlic.

Pour 1/2 cup water in the dish

Microwave the dish at 700mw for 3 mins. So that vegiggies are crunchy.

Melt butter in a Kadai and fry the garlic for 1/2 min. Put the black pepper.

Now put all steamed veggies and sausages in the Kadai- not the water.

Give it a good toss and add salt. Fry at high heat for 2 mins.the dish is ready serve with garlic bread !

The trick is steam(not boil!) everything and fry for very less time to retain the colours!
