For filling :-heat oil in pan add onion and saute till golden brown, add chill,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,haldi powder,1/2tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala,salt and paneer mix well

In a bowl shift flour and salt add oil and enough water to knead in to a firm dough, cover and keep aside

Knead the dough once again and form lemon sized balls roll the dough into a flat thin circle place the 1/2 tbsp of stuffing in the center

Fold the wrap to halfand pinch the corner

Hold one side of wrap from the center and fold like plates till u complete the circle

Press all the together and twist

Arrange them on inch a part and steam for 10-15 mintues

In a mixing bowl comnine curd,11/2 red chilli powder,1/2tsp garam masala,dry mango,pinch of haladi 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,gram flour, pinch of black salt, kasuri methi,salt with momos marinate.

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add marinated momos and shalow fry it all side

Serve it hot with garlic shezwan chutney
