Marinate the chicken fillet with salt, chilli powder, 1 tsp. oil and lemon juice for an hour. Dip the fillet in the beaten egg and fold them in the bread crumbs.

Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry one at a time on both sides on low flame till golden brown in colour. Drain on a tissue paper and serve them with salad.
