Ingredients

  1. 7Green bananas
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Salt
  4. Cinnamon
  5. 100 gmsflour
  6. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the green bananas and boil them

  2. 2

    Take care not to overcook

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl add flour,eggs,Cinnamon n a little salt whisk them together

  4. 4

    Now dip each banana in to this mixture

  5. 5

    Deep fry in some hot oil until golden brown

  6. 6

    Enjoy with a cup of hot tea
