Take the boil chaap in boiling water.

Now cut into pieces and deep fried the chaap pieces

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok add roughly chopped tomatoes and onions and saute, when it cool add in a grinder, grind it make a paste

Heat oil in a wok add cinnamon,bay leaf and cardamom roast it

Add onion tomato paste and spices saute till leave the oil

Now add vinegar and tandoori mayonnaise, fried chaap and enough water.

Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes

Garnish with onion rings and green coriander
