Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgfrozen chaap
  2. 4-5onions
  3. 4-5tomatoes
  4. 3 tspketchup
  5. 2 tspvinegar
  6. 200 gmfresh cream
  7. 3 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1-2 tspdeggi mirch
  9. 2black cardamom
  10. 2bay leaf
  11. 1-2cenemon
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi
  13. 1 tspMDH garam masala
  14. 3 tsptandoori mayonise
  15. to tastesalt
  16. oil for deep fry

Steps

30 min.
  1. 1

    Take the boil chaap in boiling water.

  2. 2

    Now cut into pieces and deep fried the chaap pieces

  3. 3

    Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok add roughly chopped tomatoes and onions and saute, when it cool add in a grinder, grind it make a paste

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok add cinnamon,bay leaf and cardamom roast it

  5. 5

    Add onion tomato paste and spices saute till leave the oil

  6. 6

    Now add vinegar and tandoori mayonnaise, fried chaap and enough water.

  7. 7

    Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes

  8. 8

    Garnish with onion rings and green coriander
