Ingredients

  1. 2big size onions
  2. 1big size tomato
  3. 1medium ginger
  4. 7-8cashews
  5. 3 tbspcream
  6. 1 tbsp butter
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. as neededWater for gravy/ milk
  9. 1 tspGaram masala
  10. 250 gmpaneer
  11. 1 tspsuagr
  12. 1/2 tspkasuri methi (optional)
  13. 1 tspred chilli
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil, ginger, chopped onion, chopped tomato, cashews cook it till they get soft

  2. 2

    Than grind all the mix and seave it

  3. 3

    Take a pan add butter than add gravy cook it for 2-3 min

  4. 4

    Than add salt to taste black pepper, red chilli,garam masala, cook it for another 2 mins than add water/ milk in the gravy for right consistency make a medium gravy not to thick not to thin than add sugar cook it for another 5 min add cream than add paneer in triangle pieces last add kasuri method if u want and little butter serve hot
