Ingredients

  • 2/3 cupButter, softened
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 3Eggs
  • 1 2/3 cupMilk
  • 2 1/3 cupFlour
  • 1 cupCorn meal
  • 4 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar.

  2. 2

    Combine flour, corn meal, baking powder, salt, eggs, and milk.

  3. 3

    Combine mixtures and pour into a 9×13 pan [sprayed with oil] and bake 22 to 27 mins. Should be golden brown.

  4. 4

    Sorry, I left out that it bakes at 400 degrees.

Sorry for the delay, but I use a 13x9 pan and bake it at 400 degrees for 22-27 mins.
