Ingredients

15 mins
16 servings
  1. 1/4 cupbutter
  2. 1/2 cupsmooth peanut butter
  3. 1 pkg.butterscotch chips
  4. 1 packagemini coloured mashmallows

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

In a medium saucepan, melt together the butter and peanut butter over low heat and stir until smooth.

  2. 2

Once mixture is smooth, remove from heat and add butterscotch chips. Stir until chips are melted.

  3. 3

Place marshmallows into large bowl. Pour mixture over marshmallows and stir until they are completely covered. You will want to make sure that your peanut butter mix isn't too hot or it will melt your marshamllows. It will still taste good, but it won't look as pretty!

  4. 4

Grease an 8 x 8 pan and pour bowl contents into the pan. Press down lightly on the mix into the pan.

  5. 5

Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night, then cut into squares. Enjoy!
