Ingredients

  • 2 poundschicken breast, cut into medium cubes
  • 1small cup lemon juice
  • 1small cup vegetable oil
  • 1small cup yogurt
  • 5 clovesgarlic, finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonssalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonmixed spices
  • 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  • 5medium eggplants (optional, if you like them with it)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the chicken cubes with the previous ingredients.

  2. 2

    Let them marinate for 4 hours.

  3. 3

    Slice the eggplants into rounds.

  4. 4

    Skewer them alternately with chicken and eggplant (the eggplant absorbs the chicken flavor and tastes delicious).
