Ingredients

  • 250 gmschicken mince
  • 250 gmsmethi leaves added with salt and kept aside
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 1/2red chilli powder
  • 11/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspblack.pepper powder
  • 2 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspdried fenugreek leaves crushed
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 4 tbsphung curd
  • 2 tbspfresh cream
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2.tbsp butter
  • 6lasagne sheets boiled
  • 1 cupprocessed cheese grated
  • 1/2 cupmozrella cheese grated
  • 1/2 cupcheddar cheese grated
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Heat a pan. To this add oil and butter.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion.and and saute for few minutes

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste and dried masala and cook for few minutes

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add chicken mince and cook for few minutes.

  6. 6

    Then squeeze water from methi leaves to remove bitterness and.add to.chicken.Add salt and cook for few more minutes

  7. 7

    Now mix curd and cream in a bowl.Add this to chicken. Cook for couple of minutes and switch off flame

  8. 8

    Now grease a baking dish.

  9. 9

    Mix all the three cheese in a plate.

  10. 10

    In baking dish spread lasagne sheet.Spread cheee all over Lasgane sheet.Top this with chicken.and methi mixture.

  11. 11

    Alternatively layer lasagne sheet,cheese.and chicken methi mixture.Top this with remaining cheese.

  12. 12

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree for 15 mins then at 200 degree for another 5-7 mins till cheese starts bubbling on top.

    Serve hot.
