Add milk in a sauce pan and add saffron.

Heat on a low flame continue to stir until it becomes pale yellow, you do'nt have to boil the milk.Continue this procedure till 15-20 mins.

Now, add sugar and continue to stir until it completely dissolve.

Mix 2 tbps of rice flour in the 3 tbps of milk.Add the mixture to the kesari milk and continuously sir so that the lumps does'nt come and keep on cooking on a low flame.

Continue to stir untill the mixture becomes thick, add dry fruits if desired or else cool down the mixture for 30-40 mins and then set the mixture in the kulfi moulds and freez it for 8-10 hrs.

Finally, serve the kulfi garished with pinch of kesar and dryfruits in dessert bowl.
