  • 20 gmcumin powder
  • 200 gm green chilli
  • 4 cupCurd
  • 20 gmsalt
  • 2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 kgOnion
  • 50 gmmint
  • 20 gmSugar
  • 50 gmcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the curd till it is soft and smooth.

  2. 2

    Add cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt, sugar, and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add finely chopped onions, green chilli, mint mix it well.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled with Biryani
