  1. 4heap TBS sauerkraut
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1-2carrots
  4. 2celery stalks
  5. 1green pepper
  6. 1 TBSsugar
  7. 1 TBSolive oil
  8. 1 TSPapple cider vinegar
  9. 1sprinkle of Chibundiro (optional)

Steps

    Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Sprinkle Chibundiro evenly
