4boiled Potatoes
100 grammawa
4 tablespoonall purpose flour
2 tablespoonsugar
1 tablespoonghee
1 cupsugar for preparing syrup
As neededoil
2 cupwater

Mash the Potatoes well

Add mawa,flour,ghee and sugar
3

Make a soft dough and rest for a while

Now make a syrup by boiling water and sugar
5

Take small portions of the dough and make small balls
6

Now heat oil and deep fry the balls
7

Keep the balls into the sugar syrup
8

Your potato gulab jamun is ready
